JÜRI II BASSEINITRIATLON

Jüri village, Laste street 3 – Rae county sports center (Rae valla spordikeskus).
Jüri basseinitriatlon (Jüri swimming pool triathlon) takes place second time. One member of our triathlon club (21CC Triatloniklubi) came up with the idea few years back and last year the competition took place with having more than 100 competitors including 17 teams.
Goals for organizing the competition are:
- to promote healthy lifestyle
- to offer physical activity for participants
- to offer challenges in new sporting events
- to find out the best triathletes in Rae county
- to promote Rae county sporting opportunities
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
8:30 - 12:00 competition materials handout
8:30 - 9:30 on-site competition registration
9:30 - 10:00 warm-up swimming
10:00 start of the swimming distance
10:00 - 13:00 exchange area is open for the competitors to set up their exchange area
13:00 expected bike distance start
(more precise time will be announced once swimming distance ends)
ca. 13:25 leader will arrive from biking distance
ca. 13:35 leader will arrive at the finish
ca. 14:10 alll competitors have finished
ca. 15:00 awards ceremony

LOCATION:
Rae county sports center is located in Jüri village center, close to Jüri high school.
Organizers suggest to park the cars either in front of the sports center or to Võsa street.
Swimming distance can be followed in the sports center, biking and running can be best followed by the exchange area located in front of the sports center.
